I would like to cancel my trip, will I receive a refund?
We offer a 24 hour grace period, which allows for a refund within 24 hours of your original booking. We understand that things change, however, after the 24 hour grace period has expired, all payments made are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance through one of our affiliates, who can assist you with unexpected trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays.
I booked my trip using the payment plan option. How do I make additional payments?
After your initial payment, you will be sent a confirmation email with log in credentials. You may log into the site using the “My Account” feature to make additional payments. Payments will be applied to your balance within 48 hrs of payment confirmation. All payments must be made by the final payment due date in order to secure a spot in the selected tour.
I missed a payment, can I make it up?
Yes. However, we encourage you to plan accordingly so that regular payments are made. This is to ensure that your balance is paid in full by the final due date, and that your place on the tour is secured. You are also welcome to make payments in advance. Just remember that when making payments, you are logged in using the "My Account" feature. This ensures all payments made are applied to the proper account in a timely manner.
May I transfer my reservation to someone else if I am no longer able to attend?
For itineraries that do not include light air within the destination country, we are able to change the name on the reservation upon receipt of a $50 change fee. For reservations that do include light air within the destination country, the airfare is non-refundable and non-transferable, therefore, the light air portion of the itinerary cannot be changed. The recipient of the transfer will be responsible for light airfare at the current airline rates.
I would like to reserve a spot on a tour, but I do not have a roommate. May I still make my reservation?
Of course! We have two options available for wanderers without a travel partner. The first option involves placement with other wanderers without travel partners. Placement will be for double occupancy and based on compatibility and room preference (i.e. smoking vs. nonsmoking). If you prefer to remain in a single room, the second option requires payment of a single supplement for individual accommodations. We encourage placement with other wanderers to maximize the group experience. We are here to help you meet new people, expand your travel circle, and create lifelong friendships!
I am nervous about going on a trip with strangers, how can I overcome this?
We have created online groups that allow you to virtually meet the people in your selected tour group prior to the trip. We will engage in online dialogue within the group and use it as a platform for everyone to ask questions and share information prior to the tour.
I do not want to participate in all of the activities listed in the itinerary. May I make adjustments?
Tour pricing includes all activities listed in the itinerary. Participation is completely voluntary, however our tours are designed to be social, interactive, and filled with adventure. Therefore, participation in all activities will ensure you fully experience what a Nine20Three Wander tour has to offer. In the event you choose not to participate in an activity, we are unable to make price adjustments or issue refunds for activities.
